2.3 Website hosting and Designing disputes will be handled as stipulated in our
Web Site rental agreement.
2.4 All disputes regarding any other services or products must be forwarded to the relevant Owner or manufacturer of the Website owned by the Client.
2.5 The contact details of each supplier, manufacturer, Business or party will be obtainable from the relevant Website or if not it can be obtained from Vanslife.com.
2.6 Vanslife.com or any of our nominated service providers shall not be liable for any claims arising from the use of our Website hosting service. This includes, but is not limited to, lightning damage, malicious damage cause by hacking or viruses.
3.0 DIAL-UP SERVICES:
ONLY SOUTH AFRICAN RESIDENTS OR BUSINESS MAY APPLY FOR THIS SERVICE.
3.1 Vanslife.com or any of our nominated service providers shall not be liable for any claims arising from the use of this service. This includes, but is not limited to, Telkom bills, lightning damage, malicious
damage cause by hacking or viruses.
3.2 Refunds will not be made arising due to non usage of the service due to the failure of Telkom lines or services or downtime and if hardware or software of your systems becomes faulty and are not working.
3.3 Support will only be available for Windows operating systems. Linux etc, will not be supported.
3.4 Vanslife.com makes no claims or guarantees as to availability of bandwidth, locally or internationally.
3.5 Charges for this service are subject to change without notice.
3.6 The monthly fees for Dial up accounts are payable in advance and a prorated amount is due when an account is activated during a month.
3.7 The Client will receive a statement at the end of each month from Vanslife.com.
3.8 Should payment not have reached us by the 7 th day of the following month the applicable account will be disabled.
3.9 a R75.00 reconnection fee will be payable to re-activate a Dial up account.
3.10 Re-Activation will occur 48 hours of payment directly into Vanslife.com's Bank account.
3.11 THE CLIENT agrees to give 30 days notice for the cancellation of a Dial up account.
3.12 Cancellations of the service must be effected on the first day of the month and if received after the first day of the month the full monthly fees are payable.
4.0 ANY SERVICE APPLICATIONS OR EXISTING SERVICE CONTRACTS:
4.1 Vanslife.com reserves the right to decline any new service application or to terminate any existing services immediately without notice and without providing any reasons.
4.2 Submission of a online service application forms or order forms for products or services is no guarantee of acceptance by Vanslife.com and we will not provide reasons for declining applications or order forms.
4.3 The Client agrees that by submitting his application for services or products form Online from our Website, or a written application, that the Client accepts these terms and conditions and that these terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice to the Client.
5.1 In the case of any dispute regarding this Website, or any Website Designed and Hosted by Vanslife.com regarding services and products offered on the Website the South African law and jurisdiction of South African courts shall apply.
6.0 POLICY REGARDING PRIVATE INFORMATION FROM WEB SITE USERS:
6.1 Any information supplied to us on the Vanslife.com Website will not be disclosed to any other party without the permission of the user.
7.0 AMENDMENTS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

7.3 It's THE CLIENT's responsibility to visit Vanslife.com's Website on a regular basis, at least once a month
so that THE CLIENT may be made aware of any amendments posted in this regard.
8.0 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
8.1 If anybody uses Vanslife.com's services or buy our products you constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and any amendments thereto.
