Website Designing & Hosting Terms and conditions:

1.0 Additional Building or Updating costs of your Website will be as follows:
1.1 R175.00 per A4 page as printed in Web format.
1.2 R75.00 for a part of a A4 page
1.3 R30.00 per picture only. If we need to scan pictures an additional R20.00 per picture is payable. R50.00 per picture with description. Slide shows R175.00 with a maximum of 4 pictures in the slide.
1.4 Traveling costs is payable if we need to take pictures outside Standerton.
1.5 Product description and Price updates will be a minimum fee of R50.00 from 0 to 25 product lines.
1.6 As from product line 26 and more the cost will be R2.00 per product line each.
1.7 If you want us to design you a online mail form (order form, contact form, booking form or any other form) as part of your Website an additional amount of R300.00 per form is payable as part of the designing costs of your Website.
1.8 For Domain registration and Website designing costs during a month a prorated rent amount will be calculated from date of Domain registration.

1.9 THIS AMOUNT MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME AS IT IS SUBJECT TO THE R/$ EXCHANGE RATE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.

CALL OUT CHARGES TO RE INSTALL EMAIL ACCOUNTS OR TO FIX ANY OTHER SETTINGS ON YOUR COMPUTER: A minimum amount of R75.00 for the first 15 minutes plus R50.00 for the next 15 minutes or part  there of  is payable in Standerton + traveling cost if outside Standerton.

WEBSITE HOSTING FEES:
1.10 The Client agrees to give Vanslife.com one month's written notice in advance to cancel a Website hosting account or if a Domain (Website) is transferred away from Vanslife.com when any DNS update request is received.
1.11 The written notice or DNS update request should reach Vanslife.com on the first day of the month. If the notice of cancellation is received after the first day of the month the 30 days notice period will only be effective as from the first day of the following month.
1.12 The monthly Website hosting fee is payable in advance for the 30 days notice period before Vanslife.com will allow the DNS update request to proceed.
1.13 Monthly rent is payable in advance from date of registration of Domain name.
1.14 The designing cost of the Website is payable within 7 days from date of uploading to our server.
1.15 If the designing cost is not paid as per point 1.14 the Website will be suspended and the Client will be responsible for payment of the designing cost and any other costs including legal costs if the account is handed over to our legal Department for collection.
1.16 If the monthly Hosting Fee is not paid before the 7th day of the following month of each month end, the Website will be suspended which means that the relevant Website will not be available on the Internet. 
1.17 The Client is still responsible for the payment of the monthly hosting fee while the Website is suspended.
1.18 Vanslife.com will not be liable for any loss or damages that the Client might experience due to this action as it is  the Client's responsibility to ensure that the monthly Hosting Fee is paid in time.
1.19 A ONCE OF AMOUNT OF R100.00 IS PAYABLE TO RE INSTATE THE WEBSITE TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB IF IT WAS SUSPENDED DUE TO LATE PAYMENT.
1.20 If the outstanding hosting fee is not paid before or on the 15th day of the following month the Client's account will be terminated and handed over to our Legal Department to take the necessary legal action to ensure payment of all outstanding moneys plus legal costs due to Vanslife.com.
1.21 If a Website was designed by Vanslife.com and the account is terminated or transferred to another hosting company due to any reason as per this agreement the Client will not be entitled to request the data content of the Website, including email, back ups, databases, Domain name or any other data or information from Vanslife .com 
1.22 If a Domain (Website) is transferred away from Vanslife.com upon any DNS update confirmation received we will remove all the Client's Website data, email accounts or any other data or information from our servers before the transfer and Vanslife.com will not be responsible for the transfer of data to the other Hosting Company.
PLEASE NOTE:
1.28 All file transfers and updates will be performed by Vanslife.Com staff except where another agreement
between Vanslife.Com and the Website owner is agreed on.
1.29 OWN FTP, FRONTPAGE OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PUBLISHING UPDATES TO YOUR WEBSITE:
1.30 If any data updates to your website is done by yourself or anyone instructed by you to do it and Vanslife.com is requested to correct any scripting errors or any other errors to get your Website uploaded to our servers a hourly rate of R175.00 will be payable.
1.31 Changes or updates after 7 days of uploading to our server of the Website will be charged as per Additional Designing or Updating costs above
PLEASE NOTE:
1.32 It is hereby agreed that the Content and Pictures to design the Website will be supplied to Vanslife.com by the Website owner within 7 days from Domain name registration as prescribed by Vanslife.Com. 
1.33 If the Website owner does not supply Vanslife.com with all the information needed to complete the designing of the Website within the 7 day period the full amount for Designing and Hosting costs will be payable at the first month end following the date of Domain registration even if the Website is not completed as it is the responsibility of the Website owner to ensure that the information be supplied in time. 
1.34 If the Website owner supplies the content at a later stage Vanslife.com will insert the content and pictures to the Website as agreed as soon as possible.
1.35 Vanslife.com will insert a Banner of Vanslife.com at the bottom of any page of our choice on the Website to indicate that Vanslife.com maintains and host the Website.
1.36 Vanslife.com is not responsible for downtime, lost of files or content of a Website due to any reason. 
1.37 We will not allow any Adult/Pornographic Content  as per our sole discretion on any Website hosted by Vanslife.com. 
1.38 This agreement is subject to change without prior notice.
Amendments to the pricing:
1.39 The pricing or structure of hosting options or services may be changed from time to time. 
1.40 The client is responsible for visiting Vanslife.Com's Website on a monthly basis, so that the client may be made aware of any changes.

1.41 Website data of the Client:
1.42  a Reasonable effort to protect and backup data for the Client on a regular basis will be done.
1.43 Vanslife.com is not responsible nor liable for any data losses of The Client's Website or E-Mail.
1.44 No warranties are given by Vanslife.com regarding its ability to recover any lost file, regardless of how or why the file was lost.
1.45 It  is the sole responsibility of the Client's for their independent backup of data stored on Vanslife.com's server and network.
1.46 Hacking, cracking, defacing of websites etc, is an everyday occurrence and Vanslife.com is not liable for damages the Client may suffer should The Client or Vanslife.com are effected by such an attach.
1.47 E-Mail is not backed up by Vanslife.com.
1.48 We Are not responsible to transfer data of files from an existing service provider to our servers when the Client transfers a Website hosting account to Vanslife.com.
1.49 Any mail account (POP3 or IMAP) that has mail that has not been downloaded from our mail servers after 30 days, will be deleted.
1.50 We will remove all  data of email accounts, zone files etc, when any DNS update confirmation is received form a registrar that a domain is transferred away form Vanslife.com.

Note:
Many items considered to be "add-ons" by other providers are simply included in our services at no additional charges. For example, there is no charge for running auto responders or advanced mail forwarding. All account types include access to raw logs nightly, in common or extended format.
